Orders placed for the brands Environ and/ or Advanced Nutrition Programme are shipped within 72 hours. When an order is placed which combines Dermaceutic, we either split the delivery (meaning you will receive the Environ/ Advanced Nutrition Programme items within 72 hours and the Dermaceutic within 5-7 working days) or deliver them all together within 5-7 working days.

Products can be returned if they have not been opened or used. If they are in perfect resalable condition and returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the order then we will be happy to refund. Please note that the cost of the return must be made by the customer. Also, please note that any items in the sale cannot be returned.
